Just like last week we have large sets of strict press to get ya’ll started. This is always a humbling lift for me especially when the rep count is high, like it is today.
Be thoughtful about your weight jumps each set. Use our small fractional plates that weight a pound or less. Lets get some weird numbers the board.
The workout is masterful combination of rowing and large sets of wall balls. Keep in mind your legs will be tired for the remaining rounds so pick a pace you can try and hold for the workout.
Wall balls are in large sets today. I challenge anyone who feels good about wall balls to try and do them unbroken to start or two sets in each round.
