Getting in the Rotation

You may have noticed that Jenna and Nelly both made their coach-in-training debuts in classes in the past week or so. You’ll get to see more of them as their training progresses, and they’re both scheduled for their Level 1 certification in January! As they wrap up the “whiteboard work” and what has already been over 10 weeks and about 40 hours of “classroom time” with me, they’ll be working their way into the rotation to clock some time coaching movements in front of actual classes under the watchful eyes of the great staff here. I’m excited to see them get out there and put what they’ve learned to work, and I know y’all will love what they have to offer.

Speaking of getting in the rotation, y’all will need to be on the button today for this session. There’s a lot to do and your coaches will be keeping it crisp. Rotate from movement to movement quickly- I want it done in under 10 minutes!

Str: 115# (got 3 at 135#, which I think might have been a PR?)

This kicked my ass a LOT harder than I thought it would.
