If you’re coming to early morning classes you’ll have the honor and the privilege of having Nelly coach part of class. It’ll be the Mel and Nelly show. You should be stoked!

Strength:
Front squats x3

WOD:
AMRAP 10
12 Toes to bar
14 Kettle bell swings (1.5/1)
8 Burpees

There are front squats for strength and a short AMRAP of toes to bar, swings, and burpees.

Toes to bar should be done in 2 sets at least to start. Hang on to the swings and fly through the burpees. Enjoy!
