Today’s WOD has us working up one ladder and down another. Each “round” we’ll be rowing less, but jumping rope more. Scale your dubs wisely – it might be a good day to scale the number, but if you miss, there’s a cap to save you!
We’ll be hitting some push jerks first, so it’ll be a full hour for sure!
