Drive those hips!
Our shoulders get a (little) break today while we turn our focus to our hips. Other than the push ups, all of our movements today are driven by the opening of our hips. Lucky for us, our hips were build to have lots of endurance as they are a crucial part of most human movement. Make sure your hinge is strong and reliable and you’ll have what you need to get through!
