Because Fran isn’t fun enough…
Today we get a double spin on the benchmark “Fran”. First, we’ll start the WOD off with a 2k row. Once that’s done, we get to rest until the 12 minute mark, when we’ll start Fran. Only this Fran is with dumbbells!
While the overall weight is pretty close to the original workout, the fact that we’re using dumbbells will make it quite a bit more difficult. Choose wisely, we’re capping this one at 24:00.
