Every 2 Minutes 2 wall walks!
Aright, gang, this work out starts with 2 wall walks and then every two minutes for the duration of the work out you will do 2 wall walks! We have a decent amount of volume here so be smart about the scales you chose for the whole thing. We want to knock out big sets (think 10-20 reps at a time here). We have a sneaky new push up scales we’ll be coaching you through so get EXCITED for that!

WoD: 19:39. Wall walks kinda deteriorated, these are tough for me. And pushups became a grind too.

Yeah – woof. Was almost done when I hit the time cap. Halfway-ish wall walks, 1 pd KB, jumps and pushups to 20 in box
WOD: 16:53 @ 1.25pd.
Knowing the target was 20 min, I probably could have gone Rx. There’s always next time (but I hope there is no next time 😉 )
