Friends – tomorrow bring your tall socks because we’ll be doing some ROPE CLIMBS!

Team, here is what we have for you:

AMRAP 20 

1 Rope Climb 

5 Squat Snatch (135/95)

10 burpee over the bar *double lateral hop over the bar

 

We are pushing the time frames of work outs this week but don’t worry today were still getting some heavy lifting in during the WOD today. Today’s work out starts with 1 rope climb (potentially taxing on the grip which will make the 5 heavy snatches fun as you get into the work out. The snatches are full snatches and are heavy – they will likely be doubles but mostly singles so challenge yourself a bit with the weight that you choose. Then we have 10 burpees over the bar with a double lateral hop. So we’ll always be burpee-ing on the same side of the bar. These will gas your lungs! Have fun with this one team!
