Sprinting

I’m super excited about today’s programming! Ever since winter arrived we’ve stopped running. We’ll get a chance to run inside.

We’re starting class with strict press x4. The workout is set on a 2:00 clock and at the beginning of each workout everyone will complete 8 lengths of sprints across the gym. Then AMRAP of toes to bar and goblet lunge steps with the time remaining. When time is up, rest 2:00 and repeat 6 times. Your score is the highest and lowest scores for the day.

    WoD: 1+7 (least # of reps) / 1+9 (most) @ alternating TTB/knees to elbows-ish, and 1.5 pd on the goblet lunge.
