Deadlifts and Diane

Who doesn’t like deadlifts? We’ve programmed heavy triple deadlifts for you today. This will allow you to work up past your deadlift weight for Diane. You’ll have time to get nice and heavy so warm up your deadlifts properly before you get heavy.

Diane is a 21-15-9 deadlifts and handstand push ups. The deadlifts are meant to be moderately heavy and handstand push ups should be scaled to a challenging pushing motion. The can take anywhere from 9 to 12 minutes, so scale wisely.
