More CrossFit Open prep
The theme for this cycle is CrossFit Open prep. Even if you donβt plan on registering for the open, a consistent theme in our programming cycles is to provide you with tools to improve.
On that note, Iβm so excited for this workout! This is a great workout to focus on the skills that you will see in the CrossFit Open or generally want to get better at. Find a box you can jump on that is higher than you normally choose, a hard pull up scale, and nice heavy dumbbell for your snatches. The snatches should be heavy enough to be singles and something you can still control.

AMRAP 22
20 Box jump overs (30/24)
15 Chest to bar pull ups
10 Dumbbell snatches (70/50)
WoD: 4+31 @ 30” jump over; regular pullups (sprinkled in a few CTB in early rounds); and 65# DB.
WOD: 3+20 @ 30” BJ, regular pull-ups (with some CTB on the way), 50# DB
