Here’s another chance at a brutal WOD from the 2017 CrossFit Open. It alternates between dumbbell snatches and burpee box jump overs. While our reps stay the same with the boxes, we increase the snatches each round until the 5th trip through, when we finish at 50.
The ascending nature of this one has a nasty bite. Luckily, there’s a 20 minute cap to keep us from going off the deep end. This one is a good chance to tune in to what scaling will get you through the work without hitting the cap. But you’re also welcome to go for it, and let the clock stop you if need be…
