After a couple of not so normal days or workouts, we’re back on with a more traditional set up.  Today will have us doing some push press to start for strength as then moving into a sprint of a WOD.

This WOD should be fast.  It’s one where every break we take matters, and we want to minimize them as much as possible.  Think unbroken, and think fast transitions.

    WOD: 8:29 @14WB and some light KB. I didn’t feel so up to the challenge today, so my only goal was really to finish the wod.
