It’s all midline today! We’re starting with an Every Minute On the Minute workout of deadlifts and handstand push ups. Brace up to pick up, brace up to push up. After that, you’ll have a 2 minute break before we do 8 minutes of :20 on, :10 off of planks and sit ups. All core, all the time!
