Squats and Sprints
We have squats and sprints for y’all tomorrow! Starting class with some squats, we’ll be doing sets of 5! Get heavy! Then we have a quick 10 min AMRAP of hill sprints and kettle swings. Try to keep the swings unbroken and the sprints at a steady pace, use the downhill to your advantage. This one will be a lung burner for sure, don’t forget to breath on those swings!

Y’all! We are going to be closed this upcoming Monday (4/15). We will be running 1 class at 10 am. It’ll be run like a Saturday class, uncapped and Mel will be coaching so prepare yourself for some suffering! It’ll be fun!
