We’re climbing ropes and rowing boats today, with an incentive of less rope climbs the faster we row.

Every three minutes we’ll have three rope climbs to do. As soon as they’re done, we’ll start chipping away at a 3000m row.  This one certainly has the potential to drag on, so set your rope scales to something that doesn’t take you longer than a minute (or maybe even less) so you have plenty of time to row each interval.  Yar!

Mostly kept an easy pace in the rower (2:00-2:05) which saved me enough energy to knock out the climbs in ~30sec

20:42 Rx…..really dragged on the last 3 sets of climbs – slowly coming to the realization that I wasn’t going to be able to finish prior to the set of climbs at 18:00 was….painful….
