It’s a double WOD today – this time it will be the same 12 minute AMRAP repeated after a 3 minute break.  Round 1 will set the standard.  Round 2 we’ll look to beat it.

AMRAP 12

10 push ups

15 sit ups

20 kettlebell swings (53/35)

35 double unders

=Rest 3:00=

Repeat.

    Started with 15 dubs quickly lost those and turned to 30 singles
