EMOM
Yesterday had us doing our strength work in EMOM format. Today, we’ll see it in the WOD.
TO be clear (because this always comes up) each letter below gets its own minute – we do not expect you to do all of that in 60 seconds. That being said, today is a great day to chase your double unders as the clock will stop you eventually even if 40 is more than you’re ready for. Don’t worry if this one feels too packed at first – there is plenty of rest waiting for you at the back end.
WOD:
EMOM 20
A) 8 DB hang power cleans (35/20) + 8 burpees
B) 40 double unders
C) ME unbroken pull ups
D) Rest
WOD: 61 total pull-ups @ 35# & DU’s for a minute (average of 15)
WOD: 58 PUs, HPC’s @ 40# and DUs for 1 min
WoD: 66 total pull-ups, 40# HPCs, DUs as called
