Get ready for a bruiser. Today’s benchmark WOD is going to take some time. You’re going to need to find a rhythm with all three movements and “get comfortable being uncomfortable” as coach Mike likes to say. This is definitely a WOD that puts hard work into perspective.

OK that was a bruiser and not sure I was ever really comfortable being uncomfortable…(but love the mentality!)
27:54 Rx, blew through the coach-decreed 25 minute time cap with about ~50 reps still remaining to complete the fifth round (finished it off but oof).
WOD: I finished 4 rounds just before the 30 min mark @ Rx- (20# WB but not as high as the blue paint)
This was just too tough for me, mostly because of the wall balls (though I also didn’t feel energized enough).
