Drag the bag
We’re bringing the sandbags back tomorrow for some drags across the floor. This can be a really fun movement, but you have plenty of work to do before you get to them. Luckily, you have 20 minutes to get through all that rowing and snatching and should have plenty of time to get to dragging!

WoD: 1+1090 Rx. Couldn’t quite finish off 2 full rounds; snatches were not that snappy.
Did 40 a.b. cals instead of rowing:

Snatches were singles.. very very singles.
