Going Coop
After last week’s “small batch, shade grown” workouts we teamed up to brew this batch cooperatively. There’s Somerville favorites like today that pair a posterior chain lift with some anterior stretching in the WOD. There’s CrossFit HQ traditionals like tomorrow’s burner flipped into some heavy oly work. There’s a homegrown tweak on a classic WOD on Wednesday, a fiendish mashup on Thursday, and then on Friday it’s another artisanal masterpiece that will have you shaking your head and going “how the hell was that so hard?”
Also in the vein of “going coop” is the batch of chickens we’ve got out back. They’re getting big quickly (they grow up so fast!) and have started to move onto the perch, so I suspect we’re just a few weeks away from starting to get some eggs.
