Four by Four
Today’s workout has us tackling a combination of bodyweight and barbell movements for four minutes of work followed by two minutes of rest. You’ll move from toes to bar to push-ups, then to the barbell for hang power snatches and front squats. Choose movement variations and a barbell load that allow you to work for most of each minute.
Your score will be the total reps across all four rounds — but the main goal today is consistency on each movement. Can you perform the same number of reps (plus or minus a few) for every movement, across every round? Be smart about your pacing.
