We’re staying on the pressing train (as it is a theme of this cycle) by going after a heavy triple push press. This is another great opportunity to check in with (or to establish) a max for this lift so we have something to reference later in the cycle as we look for progress.
We’ll follow that with a nice burner that give us the chance to jump a little higher than normal with short sets of box jumps.
