Retest: “Cindy”
As we approach the end of this cycle we’ll be retesting the benchmark “Cindy” to at least partially see if all of our hard work on pressing/pushing is paying off. If you did this with us 6 weeks ago (or have done it in recent memory) you are highly encouraged to scale the same way you did last time to have an honest comparison.

Pushup endurance improved, but still limiting factor
14+3 Rx. 1st time through for me, missed it last time. Pushups also the limiting factor….by far….
