It’s all about consistency today, and we’re going to need it to get through our almost half an hour worth of work.  And unlike an AMRAP where we could just sit back and let the clock run down, today’s EMOM will have the clock chasing us.  We need to plan to last, both in our scaling and in our pacing.

A) Row (200/150)m

B) 15 hand release push ups

C) 15 wallballs (20/14)

    WoD: Did this Rx. Pushups were the limiting factor by far. Probably had 5 seconds rest on the last 2 sets of these before moving onto WBs.

    WoD: 200M row, 15 -> 10 HRPU, 20# WB
