RDLs
We’re working that posterior chain hard today with some tempo RDLs. If you haven’t done these before, they start at the top of a regular deadlift and are essentially good mornings with the bar hanging in your arms – lots of hip hinge with no hip drop. We’ll use our tempo to keep us controlled and engaged through the full ROM. From there, the WOD will continue to hit that posterior chain with some kettlebell work and high box jumps. Go hammies!
