We’re testing our TTB’s today with some max effort sets – looking to see how many we can do in a row outside of the context of a WOD.  After that, we’ll have the opportunity to string some power cleans together as we alternate them with rowing.  This is definitely a case of “everything is everything” as the pattern for rowing and cleaning is almost exactly the same other than one being vertical and the other horizontal.  Stabilize your mid section and fire those hips!

STR: 3 x ME set of toes to bar

(rest 90-120 seconds in between)

WOD:

3-6-9-12-9-6-3

power cleans (135/95)

*15/12 cal row at the end of each round

    Str: 20 TTB (then 10, then 11)
    WoD: 14:28 Rx

The thing that goes for me on the TTBs is grip. A thing for me to work on in the future is readjusting grip while still on the bar.
