Lift and Twist
After three days of 1-rep max testing and benchmark WODs (great work, everyone!), today we’re getting back to our regular strength work with power snatch sets and an EMOM. Happy lifting!

WOD:

A) 10 power snatches (75/55)
B) 10 burpees
C) 20 Russian twists (14/10)
Str: 115#
WoD: did it at Rx, had the least amount of rest on the power snatches.
STR: 125# (4 is harder than 3! Got 135# by 3)
WoD: Rx
STR: 135#. Rx for the workout. 85# during the workout was a challenge.
STR: 95# (1 @ 100#)
WOD: 75#
Strength: 85# (one rep at 90#)
WOD: Rx’d. Burpees took the longest.
Str: 95# (but not tng – reset the bar between the 3rd and 4th)
Wod: Rx (which was 65# on the board)
