One at a time
We’re getting close to the end of this cycle, and that means the percentages are getting higher. After our heavy deadlifts, we’ll be doing some less conventional movements with a kettlebell (for CrossFit anyway…)
Practice smooth transitions from side to side with the Russian Swings and try to find a solid place to hold your KBfor your step ups and you should be ready to rock.
