Sprint ‘n Lunge
Warm up:
3 rounds
10 single leg toe touches (alt legs)
20 jumping jacks
8 half burpees (no push up)
:30 plank
finish with 2 min couch stretch/ leg
AHWOD:
EMOM 14
odd minutes: 200m run <or> :45-:60 of jump rope, mountain climbers or jumping jacks
even minutes: 20 lunge steps
Fun! Doing the lunges on concrete meant Very Carefully so it took me almost the full minute to do 20, and made the whole thing like a “Every 2 minutes on the 2 minutes ” …
I ended up doing this as 7RFT because fussing with my phone outside to track the minutes felt tedious haha.
Ended up with 14:36 so I supposed I averaged out to almost an EMOM although I suspect the runs went over and I made up time on the lunges. Great to be outside this morning even if it was on the chilly side!
Lunges got spicy!
Lunges were definitely tough! I may have only completed 10 rounds because my legs were still sore from all the lunges on Sunday
My cats were amused by me doing this workout.

Holy quads! Did the workout as is. Only accidentally hit one dog with the jumprope the other dog, cat and baby all escaped the wrath.
