It’s a body weight day today, which should be like yesterday only shorter and with less running (unless you used a vest yesterday, in which case it will also feel much lighter).

The athlete in the video has quite a bit of range in her hamstrings – be sure to only go as low as you can while only hinging at the hips and knees. If your back rounds, you’ve gone too far! Keep it tight!

30 double unders (sub jumping jacks or single unders)
30 body weight good mornings
30 walking lunge steps

I missed the “unloaded” part of this as I just got a weighted vest and am eager to put it to use.
19:18 with a 12.5lb vest and double unders. This was brutal in the sun
15:29 with 60 singles and lunges in place. All that jump roping gave me foot cramps
23 minutes. I did pushups instead of good mornings.

Still recovering from a back injury (looks like this might take a little while), but was reeeeeeeally thrilled to discover that I can still do all of these movements. Felt so, so good to be out and moving.
