Hello friends!
I think I’m on day 1 million of working remotely and I miss all your faces! I’m happy to see folks are still reading the blog and connecting on the Facebook group and getting after it as best as possible! I hope the sunshine and warmth is helping everyone’s moods. I hope you’re all finding ways to stay connected. We’ll come out on the other side of this thing; on the other side of all the things, including this workout.
