Hi y’all! It is absolutely GREAT to be back in the box with y’all having fun. So I figured we’d celebrate with a little “Box Fun” in tomorrow’s themed workout.
But before we get to that, lemme clue you in on a fun opportunity to help out a neighbor and our neighborhood! One of our neighbors on Clark St wants to de-pave her driveway, and she could use some help from some fit people who like to swing sledgehammers. MONDAY JULY 26th from 4-8pm, I’ll be at 31 Clark St just a few blocks from the gym helping tear all the asphalt out of a driveway with our gym’s sledgehammers and heavy mattocks. If you’d like to join me, just shoot me an email or show up that night anytime between 4 and 8 pm! It’s always a fun time, it’s a big help to a neighbor, we get rid of some asphalt, and we get more green space and gardens in the neighborhood.
