Body Weight Extravaganza!
Hey friends! Down and dirty, tomorrow is a body weight WOD only day that takes on three straight forward movements, but for 30 minutes.
Get in, get warmed up, get mobile, and get the work done. It is a very long grind, so be sure and listen to your coaches as they help you dial in your scales for this one.

* If you cannot complete all 30 reps in one minute (READ: you break the 60 second barrier) the WOD switches to AMRAP and simply do as many rounds as possible for the remainder of the time.
