Thursday 9/16/21- Long Sock Day!
Guess what we’re doing today??? Never climbed a rope? Don’t worry – we’ll make sure everyone gets something out of today’s WOD and start building a foundation to get that first rope climb. If you’re an expert, let’s get you up there more efficiently. Either way, this is a fun one! Throw in some burpees and rowing for good measure and you have yourself a party. 🙂
