Wednesday 11/24/21 – Front Squats and Wall Balls
REMINDER: NO CLASSES ON THURSDAY / FRIDAY this week for the holiday! There will be a special group WOD on Thanksgiving at 9:00 am, but there are only a few spots left.
For Wednesday, our second squat movement of the week will be the Front Squat. Warm up the movement then complete 5 sets of 5 reps building in weight.
The WOD will be done with a Wall Ball as your load, so choose wisely! The 5 rounds for time will include these movements: wall balls (20/14), Russian twists, and box step-ups with wall ball. It’ll be fun!
