COVID update: evening classes cancelled this week

COVID is still out there, and after a good run over the past year unfortunately it is disrupting our operations. You will probably notice that our ZenPlanner schedule has replaced Mon-Thurs evening classes with “Open Gym” slots for this coming week. Unfortunately, this is due to the fact that Nelly, Michael, and Teddy are all currently testing positive for COVID.

If you were in class with one of those coaches in the past week, please do get tested and take extra precautions around other people: wear a mask. Some cases are so mild you might think it was allergies, some are very severe, but every case puts more people at risk unless we do the right thing, isolate and mask.

Morning classes will proceed as regularly scheduled, as well as Friday evening. If you’d like to attend the open gym sessions in the evenings your membership should allow you to register for them, and I’ll have programming on the whiteboard. And as always, we are happy to put your membership “on hold” – so if you’re not going to be coming in for the week please just send us an email and we’ll make sure you’re not charged for this week while our coaches are out sick.

I know we’re all hoping for speedy and full recoveries for Nelly, Michael, and Teddy, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Hang in there.
