Hey Friends,
A lot of you are asking what the workouts will be for the week. For the record, CrossFit lives by the concept of Unknown/Unknowable. This simply means that you should be prepared for anything that is thrown at you and take it to task the best you can; life does not have handles!

With that said, here are this week’s workouts.
MONDAY
STR: Over Head Squat – establish 3RM
WOD: 3 Rounds for Time
10 OH Squats (135/95)
50 Double Unders

TUESDAY
STR: Push Press 4-4-4-4-4
WOD: 21-15-9
Wall Ball (20/14)
Burpee
Pull up

WEDNESDAY
STR: Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
WOD: 8 Rounds
25′ Bear Crawl*
10 Jumping Squats
25′ Reverse Bear Crawl*
10 Russian KB Swings (32/24)
* on odd rounds; on EVEN rounds, make it crab walks

THURSDAY

STR: Turkish Get Ups
WOD: AMRAP 12
10 DB S2OH (50/35)
10 Goblet Lunges (same DB)
10 Ring Dips
