WEEKDAY DROP-INS

Drop-in classes are one-offs for people who are not members of CrossFit Somerville, but who are familiar with CrossFit and want to join us for a regularly scheduled coaching session class Monday through Friday.

SATURDAY Visits

Saturdays are a little off-beat! They are the one time we don’t cap our class size or duration. It’s going to be something different on Saturday: a good long WOD, maybe something with a partner or in a team, sometimes in some cool location around Somerville. This is where we’ll go for the hour-long sieges, stretching the time domain, or we’ll throw up multiple back-to-back competition styled WODs, or we’ll partner you up in teams and set you loose on unusual and vicious task-based WODs, or we’ll spend almost the entire hour crawling and climbing and jumping. Whatever it ends up being, you know it will be different and challenging.

Any member of any other CrossFit Affiliate is welcome to join us for our weekend fun – join in for only $10.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym is time for members to come in and work on supplemental training: squat cycle, oly technique work, gymnastic strength, or just making up a WOD you missed during the week. It’s included in your membership, so come on in and do your homework! Open Gym times are posted on our schedule regularly and updated on the blog for special occasions and holidays.
