Jumping is on the docket today – a chance to explore the many ways that we can elevate ourselves dynamically. We’ll be developing this skill in a number of different ways to prep us for a longer WOD with some high box jump
Just like our deadlifts last week, we’ll be focusing on the “up” part of our sumo dl’s today and dropping them from the top.
Do the things lift the weights. No but really do it, it’s awesome.
The skill today will be gymnastics style pushing. Some examples of movements are push ups, handstand push ups, and dips. The workout will have a number of variable elements that change while others stay the same.
