The programming today has a similar stimulus as yesterday. Timed intervals can be a useful tool to help all of us stay on task.

The sit-ups and push-ups tax you and challenge your ability to sit up tall and row efficiently and quickly. The anchored sit-ups simulate sit-ups on the GHD machine. The rest at the end of each round is there to allow you to attack each round.

Every 2:00
15 Anchored sit-ups
10 Push-ups
Max effort: Rowing (meters)
*Rest 1:00
Score is total meters rowed
