The sun is out!
This workout today is inspired by a workout Mel and I did last week. There are a high volume box jumps and shoulder to overhead.
Keep this in mind when scaling the height of your box and the weight on your bar. The shoulder to overhead should be snappy and hold a high volume of unbroken reps.

I waaaaay over-bid on the weight and went for Rx for the first half of the first set, then quickly dropped down.
