The class workout today is a double workout that is designed to challenge your ability to breathe and support load. In some cases, you are the weight that needs to be supported. The combination of double unders, shoulder to overhead, and sit-ups are meant to gas you.  You’ll get a chance to try and beat your first score after getting chance to catch your breath!

WOD:

AMRAP 5
60 Double unders
40 DB Shoulder to overhead (40/25)
20 Sit-ups
