Ok, so Nora is out of my system. Thank freaking god. That was painful and down right annoying. I first want to start the blog by expressing my apologies for have to cancel class so many times. I promise to reschedule everyone for whenever they want. Weather is looking good so prepare to be running more often. Also, with the warmer weather be sure to be drinking plenty of water. Thank you all for your patience. And since I had Nora, you guys get Helen!

hang sasquatch: 60# and only fell on my ass once this morning! it would probably help if i could feel my quads. 12.4 wrecked me.
wod: 13:45 Rx. God damnit i hate rowing. my last 500 was at an atrocious 2:30 500 pace. yikes.
Today was tough. Cal is right 12.4 was not nice to the ole quads.
I also fell on my ass today, 65# hanging squatch.
My WOD was sloooow. 17:00, it takes me forever to do pull ups, even with a band.
