We are drilling the hang power clean (again!!) with some higher reps and putting that power position we’ve been working on to work. You’ll need to hang onto the bar for all 5 reps, so it’ll be a little grip intensive. As the bar does get heavy don’t be afraid to really use that power position – get low! (but not too low).
For the work out we have low rep toes to bar and dubs – but we want to keep them quick. We’ll also be kicking up to the wall! If we aren’t comfortable kicking up to a handstand we can always sub a plank hold! The other two movements will smoke your lungs and core so make sure you are super tuned into that when you kick up to the wall or start planking.
