Strict strength
We’ll be going after some strict gymnastic work in today’s strength portion, either doing a set of dips or pull ups each round of an EMOM.
After that, we have a quick burner of calorie rowing combined with an ascending ladder of dumbbell snatches. Stay tight and keep moving!
