The partner 100
Friends! It’s another “100” workout today, but this time we get to share the work! You’re going to have 100 reps of several movements. You and a partner will split up those 100 reps however you want. That means if you’re stronger at a movement, feel free to do more! Use your strengths to help the group succeed. Once you get through all of one movement between the two of you, move on until all four are done!
WOD:
100 kettlebell swings (53/35)
100 box jumps (24/20)
100 sit ups
100 pull ups
WoD: 17:07 Rx, split reps evenly (in sets of 10) until the pull-ups when it was more like 40 in total for me (~60 for my buddy Eric), in sets of 5 or (typically) less.
Billy and I did it in 14:00, both Rx
