Stronger on the bar
We’re going to be doing a bit of strength work related to toes to bar to start things off today. This will be a combination of a set up 5 unbroken TTBs combined with a little core work to help teach us to keep proper tension at all phases of our kip.
After that, we’ll hit a 3 minute AMRAP four times through. Each AMRAP will involve 1 full round of work ending with as many pull ups as we can fit in our remaining time. The more pull ups you do, the higher your score!
