Today’s workout might give you flashbacks of Open WOD 20.2. We’ve got short rounds, a longer time domain, and toes-to-bar.

To this I’d say… what a great opportunity to take what we learned from 20.2 and apply it to a similar context! If you looked at the clock four minutes into 20.2 and found yourself already gassed with 16 minutes to go, maybe today’s the day to work on your pacing. Try starting the workout at a more relaxed pace so that you have more left in the tank to go hard at the end.

Or, maybe you tended to wait a beat longer than you needed to before picking up the dumbbells or jumping on the bar during 20.2. Today, see if you can push past that mental barrier to create quicker transitions between movements.

Most of all, have fun racking up the rounds on this one!
