Climb up, pick up, sit up
We’re going after an EMOM today that gives us a chance to practice our rope climbs as well as challenges our posterior and anterior chains. You’ll have 60 seconds to get 2 rope climbs in, so chose a challenging height or scale, but make sure it’s repeatable. Dumbbell deadlifts start and end lower than barbell deadlifts, so make sure to keep a but of lift to your tailbone and extension through your spine. And get those sit ups done fast – 60 seconds isn’t long to get 20 done!
WOD:
EMOM 15
A) 2 rope climbs
B) 10 DB deadlifts (50/35)
C) 20 sit ups
WOD: did it! kinda fun! Rx
